Jason MendezOctober 17, 2023I reached out to Andrew at Amplified Care initially in search of someone to do custom ear molds for hearing protection after having two previous failed attempts with other hearing specialists in Springfield. I called Andrew, explained the situation and asked him if he could help and he immediately responded YES! Andrew did a set of ear molds that were significantly better and on point with what the hearing protection company was looking for. Around the same time, my elderly mother was having issues with her hearing aids and was not able to hear as well as she needed too. Knowing the positive experience I had with Andrew, we setup an appointment for my Mother. From the beginning, Andrew explained every step of the hearing evaluation, talked through options and price points and worked hard to earn our business and help improve my Mothers hearing experience. Fast forward a month and my Mother is beyond happy with her new hearing aids. She can hear better than she has in years and in noisy situations where should not before. Andrew has spent a great deal of time ensuring the hearing aids fit as they should, are well tuned and that my Mother is happy with them. Communication has been prompt, timely and at times after hours to accommodate our schedule. I have taken my mom to big box stores and she has just been a number and she can never talk to the same person. I also have gone to another lady in town for hearing aids and she was no comparison to Andrew! With Andrew he is very personable and he treats you very well. Some of the best customer service I have seen and I own several businesses. I felt as though he had my moms best interest at heart. I highly recommend him!

I have never dealt with a more courteous and helpful business representative. I met him when he was going door to door in my neighborhood letting people know about Amplified Care in Republic. After speaking to him briefly I have to say I was impressed. I had recently had my hearing tested and wasn't happy with the results. That rep had seemed more interested in how much I had to spend than meeting my needs. So, when Andrew called following up I scheduled a test with him. He met all my needs. Price, quality, and service. And I really like the guy!

I love the small size of the hearing aids and the selection of colors is a bonus. The clarity is super and doesn't sound like I'm in a tin can. It's amazing to be able to hear all that I've been missing out on.

He is friendly, personable, professional, and clearly is working for the best interest of the customer/patient. Though the test concluded that I do not need hearing aids at this time, the test gave me an excellent picture of where I am and I will continue to go to Andrew on a yearly basis for a check-up. Plus, the test is free!
